At XbotGo, we stand behind our AI-powered sports tracking technology and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack your XbotGo device, tripod, and all original accessories in the original box to ensure the product is protected during transit.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
